You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratos Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • We will provide completed work product
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
  • Each party will return confidential information
